Dosing & Mixing
Volumetric Color Dosing
SCM series of "speed-depend" color dosers is used for processing
free-flowing virgin, masterbatch or additives, and is suitable for serving
injection molders and extruders where higher accuracy (within ±1%)
is required. There are six models providing capacities up to 16.3 kg/hr,
they are formed by 2 gear-ratio and 3 screw diameters. Additional dosing
screw and special mixing chamber can be supplied as options. 
Volumetric Blending
SDB series of "time-dependant" dosing and blending units is
used for processing free-flowing virgin, regrind, masterbatch or additives
with lower accuracy (within ±5%), and is suitable for use with
injection molders or extruders where high accuracy is not required. There
are six (6) models providing capacities up to 1500 kg/hr, they can be
formed by 2 to 4 dosing stations and 2 different size of blending hoppers
(i.e. 50 kg or 200 kg).
Gravimetric Blending
SGB series "weigh scale" blenders are designed for accurate
dosing and blending of free-flowing virgin, regrind, additives or masterbatch,
and is suitable for use with injection molders or extruders where high
accuracy (within ± 1%) is required. Components are individually
dosed using either motor driven screw feeders or pneumatic slide valves.
This series offers 2 to 4 components, and max. throughput capacities from
40 to 200 kg/hr.
Two-component Ratio Mixing
SPV series two-component proportional valves offers a simple and accurate
way to mix and convey regrind and virgin materials in a proper proportion
back to the processing machine. There are two models available providing
max. throughput capacities up to 500 kg/hr. Two rapid response independent
cylinders control the flow of the two different materials. On the control
panel you can set the loading time freely for regrind and virgin.
Vertical Batch Mixing
SVM-U series of batch mixers has been designed for mixing materials in
a more effective way. After being dumped into the mixer, raw materials
are evenly mixed through a vertically installed auger. It offers seven
(7) models providing batch capacities from 80 to 5000 liters. Standard
features include full stainless steel material contact surfaces, electrical
safety interlock,and adjustable auto-stop timer (0~30 minutes) etc.
Dust Separating
After conveying, dust may adhere to the surface of plastic granules due
to static electricity. SDS series has been designed to remove dust by
eliminating the static electricity and then have them trapped in the dust
collector via the dust-trapping blower. Raw material conveying blower
is also supplied as standard. It offers 3 models providing max. capacity
of up to 500 kg/hr. Options include storage bin and suction box.
"Euro" Proportional Valves
SHINI newly developed Euro proportional valves mix regrind and new materials
in a proper proportion back to the process machine to achieve a proportional
mixing and loading effect. They feature directly mounted on loaders or
mounted by the process machine and pipeline. Besides, it is applicable
to Euro loaders to control their setting time and equipped with control
box to perform when in other situations.
