Drying & Dehumidifying Equipment
Hot Air Drying-Hopper (A) SHD series hopper dryers are designed for drying non-hygroscopic plastics granules with hopper capacities up to 800 kg. SHD series blows hot air from bottom cone via a shade separator. Standard features include P.D. temperature control (drying up to 150oC), hinged hopper for easy cleaning, hopper base assembly, hopper lid prepared for easy mounting of hopper loader. Options include 24-hr timer, insulated hopper, dust collector, hot air recycler, take-off box, mobile stand etc
Hot Air Drying-Hopper (B)
SHD-U series of insulated hopper dryers works under the "down-blowing"
and "cyclonic exhausting" principles which ensure perfect and
consistent drying effect. This series offers the hopper capacities from
20 to 8000 liters. All models offer accurate temperature regulations via
a microprocessor control giving full digital temperature setting and display,
auto start-upclock and fault diagnosis etc. as standard.
Hot
Air Drying-Cabinet
CD series cabinet dryers are designed for small batch drying, particularly
suitable for the applications where simultaneous drying of different materials
is required. CD series offers 4 model types, fully laden capacity of trays
from 70 to 700 litres. Maximum drying temperature up to 200oC. Standard
features include P.D. temperature control, stainless steel internal parts
and trays, ammeter, main isolator, and 24-hr timer etc.
Hot Air Drying-Conveying (A)
SDL series combines hot air dryer and one-station (or 2-station) loader
to form "2-in-1" compact units, suitable for non-hygroscopic
materials at capacities up to 400 kg/hr.
"Euro" Hot Air Compact Dryers
SThe SDL-U series of "Euro" hot air compact dryers combines
conventional hot air drying and two-stage conveying fuctions in a compact
unit, and is particaly suitable for using with big tonnage moulding machines
when height restriction is concerned at the workshop. The SDL-U series
has a unique function of two-stage conveying, that can transport both
raw material to its own drying hopper and dried material to the processing
machine. Insulated drying hopper features hot air down-blowing and cyclonic
exhaust design, this improves drying efficiency and reduces energy consumption
whilst maintaining a steady dry effect.
Dehumidifying
SD-H series of dehumidifiers provides good solution for applications where
the hygroscopic materials cannot be dried effectively by the hot air dryers
alone. It employs desiccant-rotor, and delivers from 30 to 3000 m3/hr
of dry air. Model "SD-H4"is suitable for generating dry air
with dew point down to -40oC and above, and model "SD-H5" is
suitable for generating dry air with dew point down to -50oC or less.
Dehumidified
Drying
SDD series of dehumidified dryers combines a SD.H dehumidifier and an
insulated drying hopper to form a simple and compact mobile drying unit.
This series offers a wide capacity range drying hopper from 20 to 1200
of the liters, and dry air capacity range of the dehumidifier from 30
to 700 m3/hr. All models offer microprocessor control as standard. Material
conveying device and suction box are supplied as option.
Dehumidified
Drying & Conveying
SCD series of compact dryers combines a SD.H dehumidifier, an
insulated drying hopper, and a two-stage closed-loop conveying device
to form "All-in-One" compact unit. The small and medium range
(capacity of the dehumidifier from 30 to 200 m3/hr) has been designed
under the full-integral concept, and the large range (capacity of the
dehumidifier from 300 to 700 m3/hr) has been designed under the semi-integral
concept.
Centralised
Dehumidified Drying
The Centralised dehumidified dryers combine a SD.H dehumidifier and several
insulated drying hoppers to form a multi-zoned drying station. Process
temperature on each drying hopper can be independently set and controlled,
therefore is suitable for drying different raw materials at the same time.
Material conveying device and material suction box (with or without shut-off
valve) can be supplied as an option.
Mould
Sweat Dehumidifying
SMD series mould sweat dehumidifiers are designed for the elimination
of mould sweat that forms during moulding, particularly while the chilled
water is introduced to reduce the cycle time. SMD employs a unique "honeycomb"
system that generates dry air flow with a dew-point ranging from 0 to
-10oC. There are 2 models available with dry air flow capacities from
500 and 1000 M3/hr.
