Feeding & Conveying Systems

Self-contained Conveying (A)
These recently restyled SAL300 series
single-phase hopper loaders provides conveying capacity up to 250kg/hr and offer two models for selection (i.e. SAL-330 and SAL-360). Standard features include stainless steel hinged bowl and lid, motor sound-proof cover, mesh filter, mechanical flap, and microprocessor control etc. Options include glass-tube with electric level sensor, and self-cleaned cloth filter etc. SAL400 series three-phase unit provides conveying capacity up to 300 kg/hr. Standard features include automatic filter cleaning, stainless steel bowl, cloth filter, and microprocessor control.


Self-contained Conveying (B)
This lately modified new SAL-U series self-contained hopper loaders offers bowl capacity from 1.5 to 12 liters that convey up to 300 kg/hr capacities. Standard features include stainless steel hinged bowl and lid, cloth filter, self-closed flap mechanism, microprocessor control with hand-held pendant, built-in control for proportional valve, carbon-brush worn-off warning alarm. Automatic filter cleaning can be supplied as option.


Separate Vacuum Conveying (A)
The conveying units feature separate floor-mounted vacuum units and control panel. SAL700G utilizes a single-phase suction motor providing capacity up to 250 kg/hr. SAL800G(2) utilizes a three-phase vacuum blower providing capacity up to 400 kg/hr. SAL900G(2) is designed to serve 2 receivers giving maximum space saving.

Separate Vacuum Conveying (B)
These recently developed SAL-U-3G hopper loaders feature separate vacuum unit. It offers vacuum blower from 1 to 15 hp providing capacity up to 2000 kg/hr. It includes full stainless steel hopper receiver with mesh filter, and provides microprocessor control with hand-held pendant, built-in control for proportional valve etc. as standard. Secondary filter, vacuum breaking valve, and automatic filter cleaning can be supplied as option.


Powder Conveying
SAL-P series powder conveying units are ideally suitable for free flowing materials that have specific gravity of 0.5 ~ 3.0 g/cm3, non-adhesive, and promiscuous granule for the use in food, chemical and plastics industry. The units introduce high pressure air to blow off fine and dust from the filters inside the powder receiver in a few seconds prior to each loading cycle. These units provides conveying capacities up to 700 kg/hr.


Centralised Vacuum Conveying
We design, install and commission the most practical Centralised conveying system to meet your various molding applications. Centralised systems can keep your working environment free from noise and dust. The material(s) can be centrally processed and then flexibly conveyed in a closed environment. The Centralised system can also control every action of the stations even if they are at a far distance.


Centralised Vacuum Receiving
There are two types of hopper receivers. The SHR-U-S range adapts self-closed flap mechanism offering bowl capacity from 6 to 48 liters, and is suitable for mounting on the machine hopper; The SHR-U-ES range adapts glass-tube and electric level sensor offering bowl capacity from 3 to 24 liters, and is suitable for mounting directly at the machine throat and gives the operator a clear view of the material being fed into the machine.


Venturi Conveying
The VL series venturi loaders are a simple and effective material conveying units powered by compressed air. The units are ideally suitable for conveying raw material directly to machine throat. There are 2 model types available: * VL-50 conveys up to 30 kg/hr. * VL-100 conveys Up to 180 kg/hr. Standard features include venturi assembly, stainless steel receiver with filter, level control sensor, electric controls, and air regulator.
