Granulating & Recycling
Low-speed Granulating
These granulators are designed for instant recycling of sprues and wastes
beside the press. The SG-14 and SG-24 series employ "teeth-cutter"
rotor running at about 30 rpm that ensures dust-free operation, with motor
ranging from 0.37 to 2.2kw; The SG-16 series employs "staggered blades"
rotor with motor ranging from 1.5 to 4.0kw; The SG-20 series employs "paddle
blades" rotor with motor ranging from 4.0 to 5.5kw.
Central Granulating
These soundproof central granulators are built to comply with CE and SPI
safety requirements. There are three (3) types available: SG-23 and SG-30
series employ "staggered blades" rotor with motor ranging from
4 to 15kw. SG-36 series employs "paddle blades" rotor with motor
ranging from 11 to 32kw. Soundproof and regrind evacuation device are
supplied as standard, whilst dust separator is option.
Belt Conveying
There are three different types available:
1) CB inclined type: Suitable for placing at the side of machine outlet
chute for transporting moldings or sprues, it offers belt width 250~450mm.
2) SV declined type: Suitable for use with pick and place robots, it offers
belt width 300~500mm.
3) PNL horizontal type: Suitable for use in assembly line or in conjunction
with robots, it offers belt width 220~800mm.
